About This Site

Cognition & Co is a networking platform created to help students better understand the routes that lead to professional registration in the field of Psychology. We strive to close the gap between the students and the professionals in the field through various initiatives such as mentorship programmes, conferences, workshops, and other events.

Cognition & Co represents and supports students aiming towards professional psychological registration with the HPCSA. It is for this reason that Cognition & Co adheres to the guidelines outlined by the HPCSA in their endeavor to regulate professional psychology in South Africa, as stipulated under the Health Professions Act 56 of 1974.
